Reedy Creek is a fully functional wetlands mitigation bank able to assist developers and general contractors in the Central Florida/Disney World/Orlando areas with the mitigation requirements for their development permits. We have received permit mitigation credits from both the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and the South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD).     Since 1997, more than 2000 mitigation credits have been permitted in the following three areas: South Florida Water Management District St. Johns River Water Management District  Southwest Florida Water Management District
